Wow. I have a lot of things to share today... so here we go...
1. PINEAPPLE CRUISE IS 99¢! PINEAPPLE CRUISE IS 99¢!
I can't remember if this is the first time it's been 99c since launch, but it's the latest Pineapple Port Mystery and now you can grab it for almost nothing! Will go back up to $4.99 in a few days.
When Mariska trades the brisket she won at “meat bingo” for three tickets on the new Gulf Voyager cruise ship, she, Darla, and our detective Charlotte enjoy a ladies' cruise to Key West. But when passengers start dropping like anchors, they find themselves afloat in the middle of the Gulf of Mexico...and a murder mystery.
Charlotte notices the victims were all sitting at their assigned dinner table...does that mean they're next?
The handsome ship's doctor is up to no good, the cruise director is shifty, the captain seems clueless, and one of their tablemates just dropped dead in her oatmeal. Charlotte thinks she can solve the mystery, but she'll need Darla's pickpocketing skills and Mariska's unusual fighting style...
Meanwhile, Declan gets an unexpected, giraffe-pattern-covered visitor while babysitting Charlotte's terrier—she plays a mean game of rummy and brought along a stalker...
2. Pineapple Port Mysteries have new covers!
Notice something different about that Pineapple Cruise cover? Yep! All-new covers, FINALLY! You can see the whole series on Amazon, here.
I know some of you will mourn the loss of my skull guy, but for everyone who hates skulls, this will be a big improvement. I have to say I am totally in love with them!!
3. TEES on Sale Again!
That collection of Author & Reader tees I setup is on sale again (up to 40% off!) so I thought I'd share that info with you again:
SHOP FOR FUN TEES
I'm going to get myself this one for Archer (I get the "tri-blend t-shirt extra soft" version. They're great!)
4. Speaking of Archer...
Some ducks decided to land IN HIS POOL the other day and he was having none of it! My favorite part is when he looks back at me like "Mom, are you seeing this??!"
5. Another Poll: Kickstarter
Are you familiar with Kickstarter? It's a website where people say how much money they need to complete X or to collect for a cause, and then interested people donate what they can to raise that amount. Often, there are special gifts for donating, too.
I don't know if you read about the fantasy author who ran a Kickstarter for books he wrote during COVID who managed to raise 26 million dollars.
Yep. I said 26 million.
Now I don't think I'd be able to raise 26 million, but I was considering doing a Kickstarter for a couple of reasons, which I'd like to poll you about below!
